Whenever a text captcha is detected, ScrapeBoard will lookup a cloud database for the answer (if enabled).
Every correctly solved text captcha will be submitted to the cloud database, so other user can benefit from it.

ScrapeBoard will download some data related to the cloud database to speedup the lookup at startup.
